THIS IS THE SECOND PART OF A SERIES OF POSTS ABOUT THE MAGNET MOTION OFFENSE SYSTEM.
This system has 6 different approaches at present.It has a prerequisite motion offense drill to familiarize the players with the principle of this play.
This offense can also be executed in transition,It has 3 approaches in transition.This is more interesting than the shoot within seven seconds of Coach D Antoni.

Barack Obama,Toni Morrison And The Stephon Marburry Question

The sound that rules the sky is a roar of men who knew that love can not be defined by the boundaries of ignorance.
The views and opinions of a Barack Obama or a Toni Morrison can not put to rest the racial issues that has beleaguered the United States of America.
It is in sports that those boundaries have been penetrated with great strides.Basketball in particular has shown that color is not a factor by which greatness can be achieved.
It is true that Obama can effect change.
It is true that Morrison can inspire with her words.
But is that change enough?
But is that inspiration enough?
These questions can not be answered at the moment,it is like asking,when will Stephon Marburry play again for the New York Knicks?
The uncertainty mounts but you know that the answers will be known anytime soon.
With less than 24 hours before the U.S. Presidential Elections,the situation in which the most powerful nation is in,can be characterized by the Marburry question.

Barack Obama is the presidential candidate of the democrats.He is ahead in the surveys prior to election day.
Toni Morrison is an award winning author and was recently interviewed at BBC news.
Stephon Marburry is a talented NBA player.

Coach Avery Johnson-justified by the measure of his competitiveness

Avery Johnson's ouster as head coach of the Dallas Mavericks can not be justified by
any measure.
Coach Johnson led the Mavericks to their first finals appearance in franchise history
and engaged the Miami Heat into a hard fought NBA championship series.The following sea-
son they posted the best regular season record by breaking into the 60-plus winning mark.
The work ethic that he showed to the Maverick franchise was exemplary and it was

really something to be admired,he spent countless hours reviewing game tapes and provided

that same passion every night come game time.So how could a coach who has done a magnificent
job be removed from his position.
Enter Mark Cuban and his thirst for a championship,with the last two playoff runs
falling short from expectations by not making it to the second round despite an impressive

performance in the regular season,Cuban got the license to be led into thinking that his
team could be better off with a new coach.
But such decision to replace Coach Johnson could trigger some controversy and it
does not sit well with building a good image for your fanbase to coldheartedly fire out a hardworking coach.
A safe decision had to be made ,Cuban then decides to hire an equally great coach in Rick Carlisle.And what a clever move,Carlisle is a tempting idea for success,the fans could not care less with this development.
But the point here is not about who brings the W's to the table,this is about being given a fair shake and being given that degree of compassion on what you have offered to their organization.Many coaches in the NBA have fallen prey to the unwarranted treatment accorded to them by team owners and executives.
If you are leading a group of men with immeasurable egos plus the fact that you are the easiest target after a loss then it necessitates that a careful analysis should be conducted before deciding on the fate of a coach.
Avery Johnson gave Cuban a big and wide red dot to aim at,but it was no bulls eye shot to let his energetic coach pack his bags.
